Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning rooms and the professional service at this hotel. While the room size was not quite as spacious as expected for an all-suite hotel, it was still very comfortable. However, I did feel it was a bit unfair after spending a substantial amount. The service was lovely and went the extra mile, although it took a while for them to recognize us initially. Overall, the staff was exceptionally polite, speedy, and accommodating, albeit at times showing a hint of inexperience given the hotel's newness. The location was perfect for exploring Palma, being walkable to most important sightseeing spots, all while offering a relaxing atmosphere with attentive yet not overbearing staff. The restaurant experience was amazing, with only occasional slow service. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a convenient and enjoyable stay.
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning and romantic room design. The professionalism in showing me around was exceptional. However, the price per night was quite high, reflecting the luxurious nature of this converted mansion house.
The hotel had beautiful and extremely cozy rooms, with unique custom-made bathroom features such as sinks and faucets that were beyond belief. It felt a bit unfair as the room booked was labeled as a 'junior suite' but turned out to be just a largish bedroom. The location was fantastic, very close to major sites and downtown, making it a lovely place to be. The dining experience was excellent with many choices, although it was unfortunately not quite as convincing in some aspects.
